GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen: Cooking is by means of a gas powered AGA with two hot plates and 2 ovens – 1 is a warming oven and the other a cooking oven. There is also a microwave, 4-slice toaster, drawer fridges, dishwasher, kettle, freezer - along with a good supply of pans, cooking utensils and crockery. At the top of this room there is an occasional table with two easy chairs. A large map of the area is on the wall.
Just off the kitchen is a large dining table which seats 8.
Living Room: Has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner. A 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, chair and large footrest. Coffee table and numerous occasional tables with lamps are present. There is a large Smart TV showing local channels.
There is a large dresser which holds books, games and local information. A pool table is also a feature for rival games!
Cloakroom/Laundry Room/Boot Room: This is situated at the bottom of the stairs, is large and contains a toilet, washbasin, washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: From the kitchen area there are patio doors leading to a private enclosed courtyard which houses table, chairs and benches.
Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

UPSTAIRS
Master Bedroom 1 with En-Suite Bathroom:
King sized bed, bedside drawers with lamps, wardrobe containing hairdryer.
En-suite Bathroom: Large rolled top bath with shower over, toilet, washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with bedside drawers and lamps, large wardrobe containing hairdryer.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with bedside drawers and lamps, wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Bunk beds with chest of drawers.
Family Bathroom: with corner bath, walk in shower, toilet and hand-basin
